A new ladies’ Bible study, Beyond Egypt by Kari Minter: Learning to Walk in the Freedom of the Exodus is a 7 week inductive Bible study devoted to help you discover how the narrative of the Exodus points to Christ and the gospel. Join us Friday April 19, 6:00 pm – 12:00 am for Secret Church 2024, hosted by David Platt. We’ll take a 6 hour deep dive into God’s epic tale of redemption in the story of Ruth. Additionally, we’ll explore the persecuted church in North Korea, considered by many the most hostile to Christians country in the world. From the farm field to the mission field, you can support your mission teams by buying bags of Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) vegetables. Pick up an order form and a payment envelope at the Mission Desk, Connect Desk, or in the foyers. Complete the form along with your payment and place in the drop box at the Church office. You can place your order from April 21 through May 19, 2024. You will pick up your order at 9:00 am on May 25 in the North Parking Lot of the church. Your WBC Mission Ministry earns $5.00 per unit sold, you get a well-stocked freezer, and Jesus gets shared on mission – that’s a win, win, win! Who knew supporting WBC Missions could be so yummy? WBC is feeding the EC teachers/staff breakfast one morning during Teacher Appreciation Week. Members are asked to donate pound cakes, large fruit trays and gallon size orange juice. Thursday, May 2, 2024, is National Day of Prayer. In observance of this day, Wade Baptist Church will open the sanctuary doors from 8 am until 4 pm for you to come and pray in silence.

Backpack Buddies is asking for individual-sized,
easy-open macaroni & cheese and pudding cups. Items can be brought by during office hours or gathering times and placed in our collection sites at the north entrance and at The Hub.
