KITCHEN HELPERS – Many of the events at WBC include a meal or snacks and this is only possible thanks to a group of men and women who volunteer their time to prepare, serve and clean up for these events. If interested in serving with this group, please contact the church office. GREETERS/USHERS – Every Sunday at WBC, our members and visitors are met by our team of greeters and ushers. Their goal is to make every person feel welcome at our church. ORCHESTRA/BAND Every week at WBC our songs of worship are accompanied by talented musicians who serve through music. If interested in being a part of this ministry, please contact Phil Romine at 228-588-3356. WBC would like to thank all of the members of the band and orchestra for their dedication and time to our music ministry.

SAFETY TEAM – WBC has a group of men who are present behind the scenes at events and services on the WBC campus. They are here to protect our  people and our church. WBC would like to thank these men for their dedication to keeping our church safe.
 

CHOIRS – WBC has choir groups for preschool, children, youth and adults to participate in. If you are interested in joining our choirs, please contact Phil Romine at 588-3356. We would like to thank the leaders and volunteers for their willingness to serve and guide our children, youth and adults in their life with Christ through their love of music.

PRISON MINISTRY – The prison ministry at WBC communicates by mail with inmates from all over the country who have expressed an interest in learning the Bible and the Christian life. If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please call the church office for more information. WBC would like to thank the ladies for their time and efforts to help guide these men and women on the path to a successful and God-centered future.
 
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS & HELPERS  At Wade Baptist, we have classes for everyone – from nursery to senior adults! Classes meet each Sunday at 9:45 am. All of our children (nursery – 5th grade) have classes by grade or age on our Wade Kids hall. Our students (6th – 12th grade) have classes by grade in rooms throughout the church, and our adults have classes for college/young adult, adult, and senior adult. We have classes for women, men, and for couples.  Any of our pastors or ushers will be happy to help you find a class that fits your needs. Join us for Sunday school today! WBC would like to thank all who faithfully plan and deliver lessons for our adults, youth and children every week.
 
BEREAVEMENT TEAM-  WBC has a small group of women and men who help to support and comfort families during their time of loss by preparing food for the family. If interested in serving with this ministry, please call the church office. WBC would like to thank these men and women for their dedication and willingness to serve when called upon.

VISITATION & COMPASSION MINISTRIES – WBC’s visitation outreach is always in need of members willing to go out into the community to visit other members, to visit with those who have visited our church, and to spread God’s word into the community. The Compassion Ministry visits our homebound members. If you are interested, please call the church office at 228-588-3356.
 
MOMENTUM Every Wednesday morning at 8:00 am, a group of WBC men meet in the MMR for a time of fellowship, devotion & prayer. Any male 18 years of age or older is invited to attend.  “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.“ Galatians 2:20
 
THE HAVENThis ministry provides Christian love to women (16 – 70 years of age) who are dealing with drug and alcohol issues. Many of these women have never heard the word of God before and this ministry helps to teach them how to live in the way God wants us to. WMU travels to The Haven 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. If you would like to be a part of this women’s ministry or would like more information, please call Brenda Tanner at 228-588-2106.
 
PRAYER QUILT MINISTRY – Join our Prayer Quilt Ministry on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month 9:00 – 11:00 am (in building C-formerly Children’s building) for a time of fellowship & discipleship as they make prayer quilts for those in need of special prayer.
